hello!
Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little about me. I'm Brogan, an integrative counsellor based in North Lincolnshire. While I'm rooted in Lincolnshire, I work exclusively online, allowing you to access support wherever you are. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where together we can explore whatever is bringing you to counselling and work towards a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. I am a registered member of the BACP (MBACP) and work within their ethical framework.

How did I get here?
I've always been drawn to understanding people and supporting them through life's challenges. In 2021, I began studying for a BA (Hons) Integrative Counselling degree, and after three years of learning, personal growth, and clinical experience, I graduated from University of Hull. I then joined the charity where I had completed my placement, continuing to support clients in a role that felt both meaningful and rewarding.

Since then...
I believe that becoming a counsellor is an ongoing journey of learning and growth. While I regularly invest in training and continuing professional development, some of my most valuable learning has come from the clients I have had the privilege of working with. I have now completed over 900 client hours across online, telephone, and face-to-face practice. I am fully insured, work under regular clinical supervision, and am a registered member of the BACP (MBACP).

Beyond the Counsellor
Outside of the therapy room, I'm just a regular person navigating life like everyone else. I'm a mum, a wife, a friend, and a sister. I love good food, getting absorbed in a great book, anything musical theatre-related, and the satisfaction of a DIY or interiors project. And if there's time for a nap, you'll rarely find me saying no.
